  • You want to take quick actions on tasks without opening detailed views
  • You’re planning your garden work for the day ahead

  • Start new seasons or switch between different years

How to use your dashboard

1. Check your season status

The top shows whether you’re in planning mode or an active season. You can start new seasons or switch between years to see different garden data.

2. Handle urgent tasks first

The Action Required section shows overdue tasks and work that needs immediate attention. Each task has quick buttons so you can:

  • Mark tasks complete
  • Reschedule for a different date
  • Skip recurring tasks for this cycle
  • Open detailed task information

3. Check harvest timing

Ready to Harvest displays crops that should be ready today. Click any crop to record your harvest or update its status. This helps improve future harvest predictions.

4. Plan ahead with upcoming work

  • What’s Next shows tasks coming up in the next few days so you can prepare tools and materials
  • Seasonal Work appears when seasonal care tasks become available, helping you catch timely opportunities

5. Monitor your plants

  • Permanent Plants tracks the health of your trees, shrubs, and perennials
  • All Plantings lets you quickly find and update specific annual crops

6. Review your recent work

The Recent Activity timeline shows everything you’ve done recently—task completions, harvests, and notes. Use it to confirm you’ve logged your work before finishing for the day.

Daily workflow tip: Start each day by checking Action Required and Ready to Harvest, look at What’s Next to plan your afternoon, then review Recent Activity to make sure everything is recorded.
